One of the things Landry loves most about cycling is the sense of satisfaction gained from working hard and seeing improvements. This created a keen interest in training and nutrition that drove him to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Conditioning and Training from the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs. He is now working towards a Masters degree in Exercise Science at Appalachian State University. Landry has raced on the road since his junior days and currently races in the elite categories. He has won 3 state championship titles in both the hill climb and time trial. He loves to ride his bike in the beautiful Rocky Mountains and he is also a big proponent of strength training for cyclists. Landry is passionate about using his knowledge to help athletes of all abilities to reach their goals.
Landry believes in a holistic approach to training. In addition to prescribing workouts, Landry believes in the importance of a healthy mind and body. Landry ensures this by maintaining open communication with his athletes and making training plan adjustments as necessary in order to best meet the athletes schedule and other life obligations. He is also a big proponent of off the bike training as a means of performance enhancement, injury prevention, and whole-body health.
